Darkness and Light – Day 11

As the virus progresses globally, the darkness become greater. The news raises the volume on despair.

According to Jewish mysticism, with the world’s creation came a shattering of vessels containing God’s light. Shards scattered everywhere, hidden for later generations to reveal. The seeds of light have been sown for human beings us to harvest. Each positive act we do redeems the hidden fragments.

Illumination is needed now more than ever. Find the hidden light in creation, in art, in texts, and in yourself. Share that light – with your voice, your words, your advocacy, your art, your food, your funds, your prayers, your presence from afar.
